Doxbond (I0M) Ltd specialize in secure, confidential storage of paper-based records, files and documents.

Next day and emergency deliveries ensure clients get the documents they need, when they need them.

Our sophisticated software system keeps track of boxes coming in and out of the warehouses, ensuring we always know where any box is, along with the history of its movements. When a client quotes a box number, its location is quickly identified and the relevant box is then delivered by DOXBOND's staff to the clients premises. Security is given high priority; DOXBOND can provide numbered security tags for clients to seal their boxes, giving instantly recognizable evidence of tampering.

Our monthly invoice provides the client with invaluable management information such as, new boxes received, boxes removed and destroyed, boxes delivered and much more.

Our dedicated storage facilities are equipped with the latest security and fire systems.

DOXBOND supply strong cardboard storage boxes, larger than the normal proprietary storage box, big enough to hold A4 files and ringbinders. Of course clients existing boxes are also welcome.

An easy to follow recording system is supplied to help clients know what is in each box. When a particular document is required the client simply has to check which box it is in and then fax our Snugborough depot on 01624670152. Two levels of retrieval service are offered, depending upon urgency. For urgent items, delivery within one and a half hours is guaranteed (Emergency Delivery):

DOXBOND's standard service ensures next day delivery - faxed requests to be received before 5pm.

Our new On Line service gives clients even greater control. They can access our database, check on the status of any box (in/out, date and by who ordered it last) and of course, order its return. We will be happy to demonstrate this new service in the comfort of your office.

Media Storage / Disaster Recovery

DOXBOND also offer media and security storage and retrieval. Client tapes/securities are held in fireproof rooms, and the service requirements are agreed with the client. This service forms an integral part of our Clients disaster recovery programmes. Doxbond staff are on call 24hrs a day, EVERY day. We can be there on a phone call.

Superior quality own brand storage boxes. Made from corrugated board, three wall front and back, two walls side and bottom to ensure strength and durability. Lift off lid and cut out handles for easy handling. Flat packed for easy storage yet easily assembled when required.
